2. Ticket2u Charges (6%)
2.1. Pass On Fee (Pass the charges to buyer. Organiser pay nothing)
2.2. Absorb Fee (Organiser absorb charges. Buyer pay ticket price exactly)
2.3. Split Fee (Organiser choose to split / share the charges with buyer. Eg. 3%:3%, 2%:4%)
Note: GST is included. If you are not GST registered company, contact us for different setting.
3. NGO / Charitable Event Charges (-1%)
-1% Sponsored Back (Certification proved required)
Note: To enjoy sponsored back charges, all marketing collateral and poster must include Ticket2u.com.my official logo. Ticket2u.com.my has the right to access and promote Ticket2u.com.my branding on the event day such as buntings, banners, and flags.
4. Ticket2u Payout
4.1. Monthly Payout (Cut-off from the first month 16th to second month 15th. Payout will be at 28th every month)
4.2. After Event Payout (After event ended within 7 - 14 days)
4.3. Ad-hoc Request (1 week after request and amount must be more than RM5,000)
Note: Default payout will be after event 7 days. To enroll with our monthly payout, you are required to sign a standard agreement with us.
5. Payment Processing Options
5.1. FPX - Local Bank Transfer (Support all local bank payment such as Maybank2u, CIMBClicks, PBe and more)
5.2. Credit Card Payment (Accept VISA and Mastercards)
5.3. Debit Card Payment (Accept ATM Cards from Malaysia)
Note: All payment options all automatically applied for buyer to checkout. No processing fee imposed to any party.
